Terms & Provisions
G Solutions Inc., parent company of Events Education, agrees to perform the services requested by Client.  Client understands and comprehends said Advertisement on Events Education does not guarantee additional business to the Client, nor guarantee the sale of products and/or services directly advertised.  Client agrees to waive all liability from G Solutions Inc.  This Agreement shall be in accordance with the law within the State of Texas, County of Bexar, City of San Antonio.  This contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties hereto and mergers all prior discussion and agreements between them.  This contract may not be amended except by instrument in writing signed by parties hereto.
